Terms of Service: RH Auto Detailing

By booking a service with RH Auto Detailing, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure we can provide the highest quality care for your vehicle while maintaining a clear understanding of our mutual responsibilities.
1. Services and Estimates
- Scope of Work: Services will be performed as described in the selected detailing package.
- Variable Pricing: Prices listed are "starting at" rates. We reserve the right to adjust the final price based on the vehicle's size and condition (e.g., heavy pet hair, mold, excessive mud, or biohazards).
- Estimates: Any quote provided over the phone or online is an estimate. A final price will be confirmed upon a physical inspection of the vehicle.
2. Booking and Cancellations
We value your time and ours. To keep the schedule running smoothly, the following policies apply:
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $50 may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your final balance.
- Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Fees:
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.
- "No-shows" may be charged 50% of the service total.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, we ask the following of the Client:
- Personal Items: Please remove all personal belongings, car seats, and valuables from the vehicle. RH Auto Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the car.
- Functionality: Please disclose any mechanical issues, leaks, or fragile parts (e.g., loose trim, cracked mirrors) prior to service.
- Access: For mobile services, please ensure we have sufficient space to work and access to a water source and power outlet (unless otherwise specified).
4. Liability and Damage
- Pre-existing Damage: We conduct a pre-service inspection and take photos of your vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, such as rock chips, clear coat failure, or upholstery tears.
- Liability Limit: While we treat every car like our own, RH Auto Detailing’s liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
- Engine Cleaning: If an engine bay cleaning is requested, the Client assumes all risks associated with moisture entering sensitive electrical components.
5. Weather and Safety
- Inclement Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of rain, extreme heat, or freezing temperatures to ensure the quality of the products used and the safety of our technicians.
- Safety: For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle contains hazardous materials (e.g., needles, significant mold, or biological waste).
6. Payment and Satisfaction
- Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept [Cash, Credit/Debit, Venmo, etc.].
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your ride! Please inspect your vehicle at the time of pickup/delivery. If you are unsatisfied, let us know immediately. We will do our best to make it right before we leave the site.
